Our Process
This is how our process works:
1: Understand Your Goals
Before we can help you restore your credit we will need to get to know you and understand your credit goals. We accomplish this through scheduling a free consultation where you can ask any questions and let us know how we can help you along your credit journey. Since everyone is unique, this helps us to provide quality service and a customized credit repair plan just for you.
2: Review Your Credit Reports
Once we know you and your goals, we will thoroughly analyze your credit reports for errors and questionable negative items to identify what is hurting your credit score.
3: Develop a Customized Plan
After we identify the accounts that are hurting your credit score, we develop a customized credit repair plan to remove those items from your credit report.
You will be able to track the progress of your plan 24/7 by using your Client Portal login.
Your plan also includes a Credit 101 course where we will teach you fundamental credit information and best practices for building and maintaining a strong credit profile.
4: Dispute Accounts
In order to get negative items removed from your credit report, we must dispute them with the creditor and/or debt collector along with the Credit Reporting Agencies, such as Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian.
We will dispute accounts on your behalf so you do not have to do worry about that.
You will be able to see dispute results by using your Client Portal login.
5: Seek Remedy
While disputes can be highly effective, it does not guarantee that errors or negative items will be deleted from your credit report. In these cases, we help you seek remedy for negligent credit reporting by helping you enforce your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), where applicable.
6: Build & Monitor
Throughout the credit repair process and after, it is important to monitor your credit on a regular basis. We also provide funding solutions for clients once they have completed the credit repair process.
